had a solid stay at ferrari! the staff were fantastic and super helpful. the location is close to everything, just a short walk from the colosseum. while my room was small, it had decent amenities like air conditioning, which made the stay comfortable.

The staff that greeted us was helpful.
I was deeply disappointed upon arrival when we found the room to be in a different hotel than we booked, which felt misleading. there was mold in the bathroom and dirt on the floors that turned my feet black. Additionally, the noise from the street made it almost impossible to sleep at night, as we could hear loud conversations and phone calls from the office.

The location is superb, just a quick stroll to Termini! However, the breakfast was pretty basic with just croissants and coffee. Plus, I faced Wi-Fi issues :(

Location near the main railway and metro hub made getting around a breeze. Breakfast options included pastries and coffee, giving a decent start to the day.
Rooms lacked cleanliness, with some areas showing dust and hair accumulation. The shower pressure was low, and the lift was cramped, accommodating only a couple of people at a time.

An unexpected stay in Rome
The staff was incredibly friendly, making check-in easy and ensuring our needs were met. Additionally, we loved the location, just steps away from Termini station, which was perfect for our explorations.
However, the neighborhood raised some concerns. We experienced a lot of noise at night, and the area felt uneasy, especially after dark. The breakfast selection was quite limited, which left us wanting more variety.

The location offers easy access to public transport, perfect for exploring the city. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. However, noise from the street made it challenging to get a good night's sleep, and the cramped shower left much to be desired. Additionally, the breakfast was very basic, often running low on items, which added to the overall feeling of a lack of care in amenities.

However, the area felt a bit unsafe at night. We heard a lot of noise outside, which made it hard to sleep easily.

The room had pretty good amenities like air conditioning, free toiletries, and a walk-in shower. It was nice to find a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The location was super accessible, and I saw the staff cleaning every day, which kept everything tidy.

missingWrote a review on May 23good water pressuresufficient room sizedecent cleanlinessnoisy nightstight breakfast area
I stayed in a Triple Room for 14 nights. The size was fine, but the bathroom had some stains and mold, and the shower was kind of cramped. The noise from the street was rough. with a lot of commotion at night, it made sleeping tough. Despite that, the water pressure in the shower was really good. Cleaning was done well, but the lack of hot water at times was annoying. Also, breakfast could've used more options, and seating was tight. Not a great vibe for hanging out after dark, but it was okay just for sleeping.
